October 13th - December 8th 2021 (No class on November 24th)
Online via Zoom

Practice Day on November 20th, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Wednesday, October 6th, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $475 includes materials and Practice Day
