Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by a tsunami of anxiety, fear and uncertainty. Mindfulness brings awareness to what is unfolding moment to moment and offers us a path toward resilience, healing and greater wellbeing.

Gain tools to skillfully manage stress and the demands of your life. Suitable for beginners. No previous experience is needed. This 4-week course introduces you to simple and short mindfulness practices that can be incorporated into your daily life.

Experience formal and informal mindfulness practices through:
