The Eightfold Path

Instructor: Elaine Retholtz

The Eightfold Path
October 24th - December 12th, 2022
Monday Mornings
9:30 - 11:30 AM ET
Online via Zoom

In the Third Ennobling Truth, the Buddha makes the remarkable statement that it is possible to experience the cessation of Dukkha.

In the Fourth Noble Truth, the Buddha describes the Noble Eightfold Path as the way of practice leading to the cessation of Dukkha.

This is not a belief system to take on, nor a philosophy to be debated. Rather it is a very accessible (if sometimes challenging) guide for living and practicing in the world.

Come join us as we investigate and practice cultivating appropriate "seeing, thinking, talking, acting, working, trying, recollecting, and concentrating".

As always, each class will include practice, instruction and talks, as well as group dialogue and inquiry. There will be ongoing practice assignments each week.

Tuition: Sliding scale $320/$240/$200
