White Awareness: Relational Mindfulness and Race Equity is a program integrating the spiritual practice of mindfulness and anti-racism education. With a dedicated community, we explore what it means to be white while paying attention without judgment.
Through present moment awareness we come to understand the impact of racism and cultural conditioning. We cultivate qualities of respect and kindness towards all beings in order to live connected, compassionate, and wakeful lives.
For white-identified individuals. Regular meditation practice suggested.
