4-Week Mindful Writing- "Writing Ourselves Home"

Mindful Writing 4 Sundays in January inspired by Ethan Nichtern's The Road Home. Welcoming WOMEN of all ages, all levels of writing, all stages of mindfulness practice. Brief mindfulness practices interspersed with varied timed mindful writing in real time (live-online).

This is a Mindful Writing group for women to begin again, return again, dissolve blocks, find your ground, get to know your patterns, values, intentions and make life choices to support a healthy you at home, at work and in relationships.

You can attend one, two or all 4 of the sessions. (We do encourage you to attend all four if you can.)

Open to adult women of all ages. We expect to have between 6- 20 (no fewer/more than) participants.

Tuition: $120 ($30 per session)
We try not to turn anyone away. Inquire for financial assistance.
