Practice Day on February 12th, Noon - 6:30 PM EST
(This is an integral part of the course).

Orientation on  January 7th Friday 4:00 - 5:30pm
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $570, includes materials and Practice Day.
$50 discount for graduates of UCSD’s MSC in Japanese program.
