We all struggle with something:
Anxiety. Emotional Eating. Smoking.
Procrastination. Self-Judgement. Anger. Avoidance/Distraction.
Unhealthy habits.

Whatever your struggle, Mindful Habit Change is designed to foster new learning and growth.
This online program with psychotherapists Laurence Magro & Nancy Logue, PhD introduces the science of reward-based learning and how it applies to habit formation and habit change.
We will explore Dr. Judson Brewer’s 3 step model of habit change with clinical examples, data, and experiential exercises while reserving plenty of time for question and answer.
Throughout this daylong program we will practice our new skills with short moments of mindfulness interspersed many times throughout the workshop.
