(This is an integral part of the course).

Orientation on Thursday September 2nd 6:00 – 8:30 PM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $600 - $500 - $400, includes materials and Practice Day.
