We all struggle with something: Anxiety. Emotional Eating. Smoking, Procrastination. Self-Judgement. Anger. Avoidance/Distraction, Unhealthy habits.
Whatever your struggle, Mindful Habit Change is designed to foster new learning and growth.

This interactive online course, based on the work of neuroscientist & addiction psychiatrist Dr. Judson Brewer, inspires participants to:

•Discover the science of habit change
•Explore a step by step model to understand and outgrow unwanted habits (anxiety, procrastination, perfectionism, and unwanted behaviors such as bingeing on food, social media, video games)
•Learn healthy sustainable strategies to adopt healthy new behaviors
•Develop an enhanced sense of agency
•Connect with a caring community

The course offers:

•A weekly live online group with a limited number of participants
•Guidance and support by experienced facilitators
•An in-depth exploration of core concepts
•Opportunities to identify and unwind individual habit loops
•A variety of awareness practices including mindful movement

Recommended: A subscription to one of the mindful habit change apps and/or reading Unwinding Anxiety by Judson Brewer, MD, PhD.
