(This is an integral part of the course).

Free MBCT Orientation Wednesday, June 2nd, 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Attending the Orientation is required to take the course. Please register for the Orientation here. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding Scale $565; $300; $725, includes materials and Practice Day
