Practice Day on July 24th, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm PDT
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Tuesday, June 15th, 6:00 -7:30 PM PDT
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $525 (CAD) includes materials and Practice Day
