Practice Day on November 7th, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
(The Practice Day is an integral part of the course, providing an opportunity for extended mindfulness practice and a deep integration of the training.)

MBSR Orientation Thursday, September 23rd 10:00 – 11:00 AM ET
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required unless you are taking this course for the second time.
If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.
