Orientation on September 23rd

Practice Day on November 6th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
(The Practice Day is an integral part of the course, providing an opportunity for extended mindfulness practice and a deep integration of the training.)

MBSR Orientation Thursday, September 23rd 4:30 – 7:00 PM ET
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required unless you are taking this course for the second time.
If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $425 includes materials and Practice Day
$375 Early Registration - payment received prior to September 3;
$325 - Student and MBSR Alumni discount.
