Practice Day on May 8th, 10:0 am - 5:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation March 22nd, 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $300- $500 (sliding scale based on income), includes materials and Practice Day
