Practice Day on May 5th, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm MSR
(This is an integral part of the course).
1st and last classes: 12 - 3PM MST

MBSR Orientation March 16th, 12:00 - 2:00 PM MST
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $725; $565; $395 (sliding scale), includes materials and Practice Day.
