Practice Day on Saturday, April 3rd, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

Free MBSR Orientation Thursday, February 20th, 9:30 - 11:30 AM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $300- $500 (sliding scale based on income), includes materials and Practice Day
