8-Week MBSR Course
Tuesday Evenings 
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM ET (First class on Sept 28th will end at 9:30pm)
September 28th - November 16th, 2021
Online via Zoom

Practice Day, October 30th, 10:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Tuesday September 21st, 6:30 - 9:00 PM ET
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $500 includes materials and Practice Day
There are a limited number of scholarships available.
