Practice Day: Saturday, May 20, 2023, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm ET
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation: Friday, April 7, 12:00 - 1:30 pm ET
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $450-$600. Includes materials and Practice Day.
There are a limited number of scholarships available.
