Practice Day, July 31st, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation: June 16, 7:00 - 8:30 PM EST
Attending the MBSR Orientation (for which there is no cost) is required to take the course.

Tuition: $295 includes materials and Practice Day
