(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation, May 15th Sat. 10-11am (EDT)
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $620, sliding scale, includes materials and Practice Day.
$570 if you pay in full 30 days in advance for the course.
