Practice Day, July 10th, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
(This is an integral part of the course).

Note: Classes 1 & 8 will be 3 hours: 6-9 PM.

MBSR Orientation options: May 11, 19, 24, 7:00 - 8:30 PM EST
Attending the MBSR Orientation (for which there is no cost) is required to take the course. Course registration is offered at the end of orientation or any time after orientation until five days prior to the class.

Tuition: sliding scale based on income $400-$200, includes materials and Practice Day.
Scholarships for full-time undergraduate students and Medicaid patients.
