Practice Day on October 22nd, 5:00 PM - midnight EDT
(This is an integral part of the course).

Orientation on  September 4th Sat. 8-9pm (EDT)
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $570, includes materials and Practice Day.
$50 discount for graduates of UCSD’s MSC in Japanese program.
