Has your meditation practice hit a slump or faded into the distance? Do you need a “tune-up,” and a chance to (re)establish momentum and resolve ? Would it be helpful to have some longstanding questions answered? Are you finding it hard to sit comfortably?
These five Monday evening sessions will be an opportunity to re-connect with your meditation practice and to provide supportive conditions to deal with common roadblocks.
Topics:
Session 1: Clearing the way, and (re)establishing anchors
Session 2: Posture workshop (sitting in a chair, on the floor, and walking)
Session 3: Mindfulness of Breathing and Whole Body Breathing
Session 4: Attitudes of mindfulness
Session 5: Open awareness & working with thoughts and feelings
Each session will include instruction, practice, followed by Q&A.
Optionally, participants can opt in to a one-to-one session with Jon at some point during the 5 weeks of the class.
Tuition: $160 - $80 sliding scale (Includes access to session recordings)
