Do you eat when you’re stressed out, bored, or sad?
Do you struggle with mindless eating?
Do you feel bad about yourself the moment you loosen the reins on your diet?

Are you drawn to binging on news, social media, or streaming?

If you’re looking for a new, effective path to a healthy and balanced lifestyle, get professional guidance and social support for your habit change journey. Mindful Eating and Consuming uses the evidence-based Eat Right Now app as a multi-media textbook with a wealth of resources.

Join me and my colleague Nancy Logue for a live online program with professional guidance and social support for anyone seeking to improve their relationship with food, eating, and other unwanted consuming habits.

This introductory workshop will be followed by an 8-week course focused on the fundamental concepts of the evidence-based Habit Change model applied to eating and related behaviors. Each session will include experiential exercises, mindful movement, and expert group and individual support.

For any questions regarding this course, please reach out to the instructor by email: MindfulLivingNY@gmail.com
