Mindfulness is a crucial tool for the Lucid Body actor, or anyone interested in improvisation and expression. It helps us to connect with the deeper threads of experience, and so better understand ourselves and the minds and actions of others. This in turn helps us to embody and express with greater conviction a wider range of experience and emotional states.

Through exploring both disciplines, side-by-side, you’ll discover the magic of their complementarity, develop more tools to stimulating both the mind and body, and alter habits that may as yet be unrecognized.
