Wednesday Afternoons 
12:00 PM - 2:30 PM MST (1st and final class will end at 3:00 PM)
January 26th - March 16th, 2022
On-line via Zoom

Practice Day, March 6th, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm MST
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Wednesday, January 12, 12:00 - 2:00 PM MST
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $565/ $425/ $725 includes materials and Practice Day
