This interactive online course, based on the work of neuroscientist & addiction psychiatrist Dr. Jud Brewer, inspires participants to:

  • Discover the science of habit change

  • Explore a step by step model to map out and outgrow unwanted habits (anxiety, procrastination, perfectionism, and unwanted behaviors)

  • Learn healthy sustainable strategies to adopt new behaviors

  • Develop an enhanced sense of agency

  • Connect with a caring community

The Unwinding Anxiety course is based on the work of researcher and addiction psychiatrist, Judson Brewer, MD, Ph.D. Integrating both ancient wisdom and new learnings from modern science, Dr. Brewer developed a step-by-step approach to habit change demonstrated to be effective with anxiety, stress eating, and smoking cessation. Initial data from this program shows a 48% reduction in anxiety after following the program for 28 days.

Included with class: Electronic materials for daily home practice, including access to the Unwinding Anxiety App with daily lessons, guided meditations, articles, & links to other videos. In addition, you will also have access to a global online community through journaling and a live midweek video meeting with other expert facilitators.
