Practice Day on June 5th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
(This is an integral part of the course).

* this is generally a small class, if more than 12 people time may increase to 2.5 hrs.

MBSR Orientation Wednesday, April 21st 7:00 – 9:00 PM EDT*
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $425 includes materials and Practice Day
