8-Week MBSR Course Wednesday Evenings 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM April 28th - June 16th 2021 On-line via Zoom Practice Day on June 6th, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm (This is an integral part of the course).
MBSR Orientation Wednesday, April 21st, 6:30 -9:00 PM Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.
Tuition: $450.00, includes materials and Practice Day Please note there are a limited number of scholarships available by request.
