8-Week MBSR Course
Monday Evenings 
6:00 - 8:30 PM EST
April 29th - June 17th, 2021
On-line via Zoom

Practice Day on June 6th, 10:0 am - 5:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation 2 options: April 15th OR 22nd 6:00 - 9:00 PM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview. You only need to attend ONE of the MBSR orientations.

Make up class 6/24/21.

Tuition: $400 self-pay, OR can be billed to insurance as 8 physician visits if you are a Weill Cornell patient. Check insurance coverage, call the office for more information. Includes materials and Practice Day.
