MBSR Orientation, April 25st 7:00 – 8:30 PM EDT
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $349, sliding scale, includes materials and Practice Day
