On-line via Zoom

Practice Day on Sunday, October 24th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

Free MBSR Orientation Friday, September 10th, 12:00 - 2:00 PM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $297- $550 (sliding scale based on income), includes materials and Practice Day
Early bird rate available (save $100) by completing pre-registration before August 10th.
