On-line via Zoom

Practice Day on Sunday, March 6th, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

Free MBSR Orientation Friday, January 22nd, 9:30 AM -12:00 PM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $450.00-600 sliding scale, includes materials and Practice Day
Please note there are a limited number of scholarships available.
