Practice Day on Sunday, March 14, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

Free MBSR Orientation Thursday, January 21, 6:30 - 9:00 PM
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $600-$450.00 includes materials and Practice Day
Please note there are a limited number of scholarships available.
