8-Week MBSR Course
Wednesday Middays 
Noon - 2:30 PM MT
September 14th - November 9th, 2022 *No class on October 5th
Online via Zoom

Practice Day is on October 23rd 9:00 am - 4:30 pm MT
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation (Online): Wednesday, August 31st, Noon - 2:30 PM.
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $725; $575; $425 includes materials and Practice Day
