8-Week MBSR Course
Wednesday Evenings 
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM ET
September 14th - November 9th, 2022 *No class on October 5th
In-person at Knosis Center for Wellness (7 West 22nd St., New York, NY 10011)

Practice Day is on October 29th 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation (Online): Wednesday, September 7th, 6:30 - 9:00 PM.
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $600-$450 includes materials and Practice Day
