Practice Day is on Saturday, May 28th 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Tuesday April 12th, 6:00 - 8:30 PM.
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $723-$297.00 includes materials and Practice Day
