Practice Day on Saturday, May 14, 2022, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm PT
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Wednesday, April 6th, 6:00 -7:30 PM PT
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.
