8-Week MBSR Course
Wednesday Evenings 
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM ET
September 29th - November 17th, 2021
In-person at Integral Yoga, 227 West 13th St. New York, NY
Practice Day, November 6th, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm ET
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Wednesday September 22nd, 6:30 - 9:00 PM ET.
Orientation will be offered Hybrid-online and in person

Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $600 - $450 includes materials and Practice Day
