Practice Day on February 26th, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm PST
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Wednesday, January 12th, 6:00 -7:30 PM PST
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.
