On-line via Zoom
Practice Day, July 10th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation options: May 22, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: sliding scale $700, $470, and $290, includes materials and Practice Day.
Scholarships are available if you have a financial need.
