October 7th - December 2nd, 2021 (No class on November 25th -Thanksgiving)
Orientation on September 23rd

Practice Day on November 14th, 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM ET
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Thursday, September 23rd 6:30 – 8:30 PM ET
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: $299 includes materials and Practice Day
