Practice Day: Saturday, March 19, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Friday, January 28, 12:00PM-2:30PM ET
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $723-$297 includes materials and Practice Day
