8-Week MBSR Course
Thursday Evenings 
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM ET
February 17th - April 7th, 2022
In-person at Integral Yoga, 227 West 13th St. New York, NY
Practice Day is on Sunday, March 27th 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
(This is an integral part of the course).

MBSR Orientation Thursday February 10th, 6:30 - 9:00 PM ET.
Attending the MBSR Orientation is required to take the course. If you cannot attend, please contact the teacher for alternate options and to schedule an interview.

Tuition: Sliding scale $600 - $450 includes materials and Practice Day
